After purchasing the apartment, our clients asked us to make the interior more attractive without major construction work, since the property was delivered complete with plumbing and a kitchen.
The starting point was the usual white walls and fairly basic developer finishes.
We selected furniture, lighting and decor and repainted several walls, keeping the project within the agreed budget and schedule.
The apartment was sold in less than a month at a price above the average for the location, which was the client’s main objective.
